The North Face Quest Mono Rain Jacket keeps you dry on rainy day outings and adventures. The North Face DRYVENT™ Mono 2L membrane and fully taped seams will provide waterproof protection when showers are forecast. The adjustable three-piece hood with bonded brim, secure-zip hand pockets, internal drawcord hem, and elastic cuffs helps keep the elements out. It has a regular fit that takes you from the trail to city streets or any other “quest” in rainy conditions.

      Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

      We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.

      For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

      Note: Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

      What is Standard shipping?

      Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.

      When will it get here?

      Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

      That's impossible! But we do offer Overnight and 2-Day shipping options.

      Do you ship outside of the US?

      Yes! However some brands we cannot ship outside the US. Please see our FAQ Page for more info.
