The North Face Apex Flex FUTURELIGHT™ Jacket is the latest innovation in functional outwear ready to tackle any adventure you have planned. Why? Because it’s designed using a 3L FUTURELIGHT™ shell fabric, which is a super breathable and waterproof membrane that keeps you comfortable and the elements out. While it’s a shell jacket with sealed seams, it still does a good job of keeping you warm with a stretch-knit backer and plenty of room for layering on those colder days. The attached and fully adjustable hood gives you some added coverage from the elements, with a VISLON® center front zip and internal draft flap to boot. The North Face Apex Flex FUTURELIGHT™ Jacket also has plenty of storage options for your essentials, including zippered hand pockets and an internal chest pocket as well. You can also dial in the fit thanks to the adjustable Velcro cuff tabs and hem cinch-cord, giving you that perfect fit for any occasion.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
