The Spyder Rival Insulated Ski Jacket brings mountain-crushing performance with style that stands out in the lift line. EXO SHIELD 20K/20K fabric, fully taped seams, and waterproof zippers shields you from surprise snowstorms while 80g EXO THERMO insulation keeps freezing chair rides comfortable without making you sweat like a snowman in July. When your skiing intensity cranks up, underarm vents let you dump heat. Your essentials stay organized in multiple pockets, including dedicated spots for your pass and goggles, while the powder skirt, thumbhole wrist gaiters, adjustable cuffs, and adjustable hood keep snow on the outside. The Rival delivers technical performance that makes mediocre "rival" jackets jealous.

Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

But I want it now!
That's impossible! But we do offer Overnight and 2-Day shipping options.
Do you ship outside of the US?
