PrimaLoft® Gold ECO insulation (60g) with custom 3D welded baffles and strategically placed down blend insulation deliver next-level warmth-to-weight ratio, while the full stretch engineered interior ensures total freedom of movement from first chair to last run. Safety is built right in with a RECCO® Avalanche Rescue System and Cohaesive™ Cordlock Management System, and the removable helmet-compatible hood, powder skirt, thumbhole wrist gaiters, and ventilation zone at the center front collar handle the elements like a pro. With YKK® AquaGuard® zippers throughout, interior mesh goggle pocket, and a core ventilation system, the Pinnacle isn't just a jacket, it's a complete mountain system.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
