The Spyder Lola Insulated Ski Jacket is made for kids, but it has style and performance to make adults jealous. The 120g of EXO-Thermo Insulation makes for high level warmth. And the EXO-Shield with stretch, 10K laminate, PFC free DWR coating, and critical taped seams are the same water resistant features found in the adult gear lineup. Every parent’s favorite feature is the Small to Tall system which allows the sleeves to extend 1½ inches to keep it fitting through growth spurts or over multiple seasons. But she will love the detachable faux fur hood more than anything else because it’s a style feature that most adult jackets don’t even have.

      Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

      We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.

      For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

      What is Standard shipping?

      Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.

      When will it get here?

      Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
