The 20K/15K waterproof and breathable fabric with fully taped seams means storm days are no match for you, while the 140g polyester insulation keeps you toasty warm. The helmet-compatible attached hood with 3D adjustment, chin guard with brushed facing, thumbhole wrist gaiters, adjustable velcro cuffs, a fixed powder skirt, and adjustable hem seal everything up tight when the weather turns sideways. With zippered waist pockets, a zippered pass pocket, and an internal zippered pocket, the Strawpile keeps you organized and ready for whatever the mountain has in store.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
