What makes the Proline 20' T-Bar Surf Rope Package special is the center eyelet on the tractor grip tow handle. Allowing for a more natural grip, and reducing overall weight, this style of handle is popular with many wakesurfers because it allows for a more natural feeling while standing up. Plus it's a more seamless transition to "pull up" the rope until you find the sweet spot on the wake, aided by the adjustable nature of the sectional design.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
