The 10K/10K HydroBlock® Sport polyester is waterproof and breathable so she stays dry during snowball fights and puddle races. It has 20g DuPont insulation, handwarmer pockets, fleece-lined ear and chin warmers, and an internal windguard to make sure she’s warm no matter how cold it gets. Elastic cuffs and a powderskirt keep snow where it belongs no matter how deep the snow angels get. And all these great features last an extra season or two thanks to the I-Grow™ Extended Wear System that makes sleeves 2 inches longer, making this the whole family’s favorite jacket.

      Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

      We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.

      For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

      What is Standard shipping?

      Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.

      When will it get here?

      Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

      Note: Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday.
