That’s because these boots are built to help them focus on learning the basics with custom-tuned support thanks to the built-in Weight Adjuster. That means these boots will feel right on their feet, even on top of the cozy Comfort Fit Liner keeping their toes warm. But it also makes the “bad” parts of the day a bit better with Dual Easy Entry and a single buckle closure making it easier to get into the boots in the morning and out at the end of the day, helping everyone have a better time this winter and for many winters to come.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
