The Quadra Stretch Karbonite 20K fabric with fully taped seams and 130g of Thermore® INVISILOFT insulation delivers serious warmth and weather protection, while the articulated stretch fit keeps you moving freely. The removable, adjustable helmet-compatible insulated hood, Alouva-lined front collar, integrated chin guard, and waterproof zipper lock out the elements when conditions get serious, and the zippered underarm vents keep your temperature dialed in when the effort picks up. Velcro cuff closure with gusset and thumbhole wrist gaiters, and a zip-out powder skirt keep the snow out. Two zippered waist pockets, two zippered chest pockets, a zippered sleeve pass pocket, an interior goggle mesh pocket, and a zipped media pocket mean everything has a place. The Orion shows up, every run, every condition, every time.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
