The Hestra Army Leather Heli Mitt has a legendary mountain pedigree, originally developed for ski guides in western Canada who needed dependable warmth and durability for long days in the snow. Premium goat leather on the palm delivers excellent grip and feel, while a waterproof three-layer polyamide backhand helps keep the elements out. G-Loft insulation adds cozy warmth, and the removable Bemberg liner can be taken out to dry or swapped to suit changing temperatures and activity levels. A long gauntlet with snow lock and Velcro wrist closure helps seal in warmth, while the wrist strap and carabiner attachment keep the mitts secure when you're adjusting gear or checking your phone on the chairlift.

Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
