The 10K waterproof rating, critically taped seams, and a DWR coating provide reliable wet weather protection. It has 133g of Primaloft® Black Eco insulation in part of the body and sleeves mixed with a down feel, high loft insulation in the quilted panels on the front and back. There is a soft brushed tricot lining inside the collar and chin guard for even more warmth and comfort. The Venture jacket has two waist pockets, two drop pockets, a chest pocket, a pass pocket, and a Life Pocket™ that preserves the battery on their mobile device. For peace of mind, the RECCO® technology makes them searchable in case of an accident. A detachable, adjustable hood provides optional protection against cold winds, and a powder skirt, wrist gaiters, adjustable cuffs, and drawcord hem prevent any snow from getting inside the jacket as they “venture” off the groomed trails and into the backcountry.

      Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

      We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.

      For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

      What is Standard shipping?

      Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.

      When will it get here?

      Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
