At the core, the eco-designed Hybrid Core 2.0 combines a three-direction layered poplar wood core with lightweight PU for compression resistance, dynamic flex, and torsional control, all while reducing the amount of glued fiberglass used in construction. Unidirectional fiberglass construction makes greater use of natural wood fiber for a lower environmental impact without giving up performance, while full sidewalls running from tip to tail maximize edge grip, precision, and power. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
