The Coal Ridge Hood is the coziest little adventure companion for small explorers who refuse to let the cold slow them down! This adorable hood brings serious personality and warmth to every outdoor adventure with its ultra-soft 100% polyester PolarBear High-Pile Fleece. The over-helmet fit means it layers perfectly over their helmet for maximum coverage and protection, while the internal face panel and adjustable drawcords let them dial in the fit to keep out every sneaky gust of wind. The Ridge Hood is the kind of cold-weather gear that little ones will actually get excited to put on, and parents will love for how it keeps them cozy and looking adorable.

Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
Note: Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday.
But I want it now!
That's impossible! But we do offer Overnight and 2-Day shipping options.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! However some brands we cannot ship outside the US. Please see our FAQ Page for more info.
