The Boulder Gear Zing Insulated Ski Jacket works overtime to take on the cold and snow. A host of features that include a 10K waterproof rating, critically taped seams, side ventilation, and a quick-adjust hem cinch-cord keep him dry and warm while a detachable hood and reflective trim on the back keep him safe. A powder skirt, thumbhole wrist gaiters, and adjustable cuffs keep the elements whether he's skiing, sledding, or boarding.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
