Whether you’re crushing it on the slopes or exploring the village, the Boulder Gear Serena Insulated Ski Jacket looks great and has excellent technical features to keep you comfortable. It combines 120g of Poly Puff fuse quilting on the upper body and 100g of synthetic insulation in the stretch fabric at the lower body for quality warmth. Both fabrics have BG Ultracore protection with 10K waterproof and breathable ratings and critically taped seams for wet weather protection. Mountain ready features include a removable hood, wrist gaiters, and an adjustable hem that keeps snow out when you head off-piste into some knee-deep powder.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
