With ULTRACORE 10K waterproof/breathability and critically taped seams-sealed, it’s ready for snowy days. Cozy details like the fleece-lined collar and center back add that soft, stay-warm comfort, while 160g insulation in the body and sleeves (plus an extra 80g in the hood and collar) keeps the chill locked out. Features like a detachable hood, adjustable wrist cuffs, and a stay-put powder skirt make it easy to dial in the fit, and the Grow Cuff adds an extra 1.5” of sleeve length so it can stretch through more than one season. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
