The removable hood features a zippered slit and signature Bogner print, and thumbhole wrist gaiters with adjustable cuffs seal out cold air at the wrists. A powder skirt and drawstring hem lock out drafts at the waist, while an elasticated belt with a clip closure with Bogner "B" logo cinches in a flattering, feminine silhouette. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
