The Vans Encore Pro Snowboard Boot is designed for intermediate and advanced riders who want a lightweight boot that can excel in vas snow conditions and terrain types. On the outside, the dual-zone BOA® Fit System allows for speed micro-adjustability, and the Snow Waffle Outsole provides awesome traction on and off the board. On the inside, an Ultracush Smartwool Liner keeps our feet warm, while Vans’ integrated Slide Guide offers unprecedented comfort and heel hold. If you’ve been rocking the Vans Encore OG in previous seasons, stepping up to the Encore Pro is your next obvious upgrade.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
