The North Face Thermoball™ Hooded Insulator Jacket brings technical warmth to their outdoor adventures. Made with 100% recycled ripstop fabric and 11 g/ft² of Thermoball™ synthetic insulation, this jacket maintains its warmth even when wet conditions try to slow them down. The three-panel hood and secure-zip pockets keep their essentials protected, while raglan sleeves allow unrestricted movement during backflip attempts or snow angels. The coolest part, is that it packs into its own pocket so they can take it off without losing it when temperatures rise and they’ll always have it with them when temperatures drop.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
