The North Face Jester 27L Backpack is built to carry everything you need for school or work. Certified by the American Chiropractic Association, the Jester has the FlexVent™ suspension system that features molded shoulder straps, a padded mesh back panel, and a highly breathable lumbar panel for unbelievable comfort. The large main compartment holds books and binders and has a padded laptop sleeve that protects your computer from bumps and rough handling. The front compartment has secure zip pockets, a padded tablet sleeve, a key fob, and a stylish bungee system for easy access storage. The Jester’s updated version offers the aesthetics and functionality for the modern-day commuter.

      Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

      We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.

      For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

      Note: Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.

      What is Standard shipping?

      Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.

      When will it get here?

      Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

      Note: Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday.

      Do you ship outside of the US?
