For overnight adventures, The North Face Base Camp Voyager 42L Duffel Bag will be an excellent choice whether it’s a quick getaway to a luxury hotel or a tent in the woods. It offers great organization options with a removable and adjustable divider in the main compartment, an external padded laptop pocket, and an external zip-pocket for quick access to your small items. The Voyager has comfortable, padded shoulder straps that unclip and store behind the back panel so you can carry it as a duffle or a backpack.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
