The Tecnica Mach BOA® 95 MV now offers a dialed-in precision fit thanks to the BOA® Fit System. The boot’s exterior C.A.S. Shell can be professionally customized via a thermo-forming process to precisely match the anatomical requirements of your feet. On the inside, the N.F.S. Liner has extra thick and soft padding made with lambswool and Celliant®, offering comfort and warmth, and can be thermo-formed. Tecnica’s Double Quick Instep features soft plastic in the instep area of the boot to make getting in and out so much easier. The Mechanical Cuff Adapt design lets you customize the volume of the upper part of the boot. GripWalk® soles enhance walking comfort and provide superior traction on slippery or uneven surfaces to keep you surefooted. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
