The Sorel Tivoli V Tall Winter Boot is built to tackle harsh conditions with style. These boots feature a waterproof suede upper enhanced with a PU-coated leather mudguard and heel overlay, plus a canvas tongue for added durability. The faux fur collar with microfleece lining and OutDry™ waterproof construction ensures your feet stay dry and warm, regardless of the weather. Insulation and a removable plush PU-like EVA footbed topped with microfleece bring comfort while a molded rubber outsole with internal EVA drop-in pods provide excellent traction and cushioning, making winter walks safer and more comfortable with the Tivoli V.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
