This waterproof winter boot has 200g of insulation and microfleece lining that will keep you warm and dry. The classic lace design lets you dial in the fit, with a molded EVA footbed that keeps you comfortable as you walk. Underfoot, the multi-directional outsole lugs offer traction as the sidewalks in the village become dusted with some fresh powder.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
