The Sorel Ankeny II Chelsea Waterproof Winter Boot has everyday style with serious cold-weather protection. It is fully waterproof with an OutDry membrane to keep your feet dry in slushy conditions, and 100g of insulation provides reliable warmth in cold winter temps. Inside, a cushioned molded footbed and soft microfleece lining keep things comfy, while the felt collar adds a soft feel around the ankle. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.
