Return Policy
30-Day Return Window
Any item purchased from PeterGlenn.com can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase, even if you bought it on sale.
Return Protection (Recommended)
We recommend purchasing Returns Protection at checkout when ordering. This valuable add-on includes unlimited free return labels per order, making returns even more convenient and cost-effective if you need to send back multiple items.
Return Requirements
Items must be:
In new, unused condition
Have original tags attached
Include original packaging when possible
How to Process Your Return
To ship an item back, please use our Returns Portal found at the top of the site under 'Returns'. Through the portal, you can:
Enter your order information
Select the items you're returning
Purchase a discounted return label
Print your label and attach it to your package
Alternatively, you can use your own shipping label from a major carrier if you prefer. We recommend using a carrier that offers tracking, such as USPS Priority or FedEx.
Return Processing Time
Due to high order volume, please allow 3-5 business days upon receipt of your return for processing.
Refunds
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card or other form of payment originally used for the order. If the original form of payment is unavailable, we will issue your refund in the form of a Peter Glenn gift card.
Exchanges
For exchanges, the easiest and fastest way is to:
Purchase the item you'd rather have
Return the original item for a refund
This ensures we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also complete the exchange form in your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.
Important Notes
No restocking fees are charged for returns or exchanges
Orders shipped to Puerto Rico, Alaska, and Hawaii are not eligible to receive a return label from Peter Glenn. These orders must be shipped back at the customer's expense.
Items purchased from PeterGlenn.com can be returned at any Peter Glenn store location

Note: Packages are delivered Monday-Friday, excluding holidays.
What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
Note: Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday.

That's impossible! But we do offer Overnight and 2-Day shipping options.
Do you ship outside of the US?
Yes! However some brands we cannot ship outside the US. Please see our FAQ page for more info.
