The boot's shell and cuff are made from high-quality polyurethane and feature a Custom Shell HD that can be heat molded between a 100-106mm last width. The Sensifit mesh ensures comfort and a snug fit, while the My CustomFit 4D sport liner and Light² footbed provide superior comfort and support. Pre-mounted GripWalk® soles feature a rubber tread and rockered toe for a more natural walking motion and increased traction on and off your skis. The boot also includes a screwed Velcro 35mm strap, two screwed aluminum buckles, and tool-free tooth adjustment for easy customization. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
