The S/Pro Supra X100 features a BOA® Fit System that provides industry-leading micro-adjustable closure and security. (Plus, a couple of easy-to-use aluminum buckles.) Regarding customization and comfort, this boot can be professionally heat molded for a last width between 100-106mm, thanks to Salomon’s Custom Shell HD technology. On the interior, the Exowrap™ 4D liner, with the Custom Tongue, Light² Footbed, and Sensifit Mesh, maximizes comfort. Pre-mounted GripWalk® soles feature a rubber tread and rockered toe for a more natural walking motion and increased traction on and off your skis. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
