The Salmon Hacker S3 Ski Poles are a simple aluminum shaft, with difference makers at either end. At the base you get a hardened alloy tip and oversized powder basket, meaning whether you’re trying to navigate an icy traverse or push through the powder to the next bit of downhill, you’ll find confident pole placement to push you along. And up top there’s an ergonomic handle with Salomon’s S3 strap system, providing stability and support as well as a healthy dose of safety.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
