The Salomon Grail Snowboard is designed specifically for entry-level snowboarders who want to progress their riding. It has a mid-soft flex and a True Twin shape, which is ideal for experimenting with riding regular or switch. The symmetrical 4 x 2 insert binding stance is very versatile for dialing in the perfect stance for riders who might not have a stance preference yet. The Grail has Salomon’s Super Flat Profile, which feels so stable. The base also boasts Salomon’s Bowl Skate Base tech, a concave base that is easier to ride. Added to the Bowl Skate Base is its Bite Free Edge technology, which provides a virtually catch-free riding experience. The Grail boasts Salomon’s BA LD Fiberglass layup and FSC™certified aspen wood core. The BA LD fiberglass is excellent for beginner boards because it utilizes lightweight, low-density fibers that offer a forgiving ride experience. The Grail is finished with an Extruded and stone ground base material waxed with Natural Wax. This board is the Holy Grail of beginner boards!

Return Policy
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

What is Standard shipping?
Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
When will my order ship?
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
When will it get here?
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
