The Roxa R/Fit 75 Ski Boot was made as part of Roxa’s Next Gen Design process, meaning before it was even prototyped they assembled the boot using state of the art Computer Aided Design Technology. This allowed their engineers to pinpoint key areas needing reinforcement, and areas where excess material wasn’t improving the performance of the boot. This allowed them to reduce weight significantly, while still providing uncompromised performance and support. They’re highly customizable too, not just from the Ultralon foam that makes up part of the U50 LS Liner, but also the 102mm Biofit CM shell that your bootfitter can customize for even more comfort every time you buckle in. Pre-mounted GripWalk® soles feature a rubber tread and rockered toe for a more natural walking motion and increased traction on and off your skis.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
