The Roxa R/Fit 100 Ski Boot is designed for all-mountain skiers who want the perfect blend of control and comfort. It’s made with Roxas’s Next Gen Design system that helps them reduce weight while never compromising performance and support. The Biofit CM Shell, along with the Ultralon Foam Liner, are fully customizable. With professional heat molding the last width can be customized between 102-104mm and the Calf Adapt Cuff is specifically designed for you to fine-tune the circumference of the boot for a perfect fit. Plus, the Easy Entry System makes getting in and out of the boot easier than ever. Pre-mounted GripWalk® soles feature a rubber tread and rockered toe for a more natural walking motion and increased traction on and off your skis. The R/Fit 100 is the ideal all-around and all-mountain ski boot, no questions asked.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
