The Ride Shadowban Wide Snowboard is built for versatility. It features a Directional Twin shape with a set-back reference stance to accommodate a wider range of stances. It’s a mellow board with a Standard Camber design that excels on all-mountain resort terrain. You can also rip this board in the terrain park, or set your stance back for deeper powder. The Quadratic Sidecut blends three radii along the exterior edges of the board to improve turn entry/exit and to give you a better grip. It features Ride’s Performance™ Core, made of high-strength aspen and lightweight bamboo and paulownia. The Shadowbans construction is high tech– pre-cured glass offers the most consistent flex possible, the Carbon Array 3 Laminates in the binding zone enhance board control, and Single Impact Plates absorb shocks and vibration. It’s wrapped in Ride’s Slimewalls® with Roll-In Construction technology, a proprietary 3D structure around the Slimewalls® that provides strength and prevents chipping. The cherry on top (or bottom?) is a high-end sintered 4000 Ptex base that glides like Aladdin’s magic carpet and is bombproof.
