The Ride Octave BOA® Snowboard Boot is a medium-flexing all-mountain boot. It’s designed with comfort and performance at the forefront. For the closure system, it features a BOA® Zonal Fit System with TX3 Laces. The BOA® system allows you to precisely adjust the closure in two distinct upper and lower zones of the boot. To help you feel even more locked-in, the Octave has Ride’s Tongue Tied™ Hybrid Harness, which is an additional upper harness that offers next-level heel hold without adding pressure points. On the inside, the Octave is equipped with an Intuition™ Support Foam Liner enhanced with high-density foam and Heat Reflective Foil for warmth. In addition, it has the Impacto Primo Insole, which absorbs the impact and dampens the vibrations your feet feel to prevent foot fatigue. Additional features include the Calf Adjustment System designed to enhance comfort and the Articulated Cuff which prevents the shell distortion. It’s all finished off with the Flex Lite 2.0 Outsole.  These boots will have you singing! Give em’ a try!

      Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.

      We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.

      For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

      What is Standard shipping?

      Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.

      When will my order ship?

      Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.

      When will it get here?

      Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.

      Note: Shipping carriers deliver Monday-Friday.
