The Ride Moderator Wide Snowboard is a new addition to Ride lineup of “do everything” snowboards. However, this thing really excels at carving up groomers because of the Performance Core, Linear Carbon Stringers, and Linear Quadratic Sidecuts. Even better, the Directional Extra Camber shape and Carbon Array 3 laminates help this thing float in powder and blast through crud. When things get a little gnarly, a single Impact Plate helps absorb shock and add strength to the board along with Ride’s futuristic Slim Wall technology and sintered, stone ground base. If there is any debate about whether to slash powder stashes in the trees or dissect groomers at high speeds, the Moderator will step in and settle it. The decision? Both!
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
