It seems wrong to say a helmet gives you more "bang" for the buck, but that's exactly what the Pret Cynic X2 MIPS® Helmet does. It's built for protection, between the ACT Construction that surrounds your dome in multiple layers of polycarbonate and the built-in MIPS® technology. But there's more to it than that, like the X-Static® liner infused with wool for maximum comfort and warmth, or the Fidlock® buckle that makes getting in or out of your helmet easier than ever.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
