The Patagonia Tres 3-in-1 Parka is built to handle whatever winter throws your way. The 3-in-1 design lets you switch between a waterproof, breathable H2No® shell for rainy days, a warm, insulated jacket for crisp, dry weather, or both zipped together on a really cold, snowy day. The outer shell has a DWR finish, and the removable liner is filled with 700-fill recycled down for excellent warmth. Details on the shell include a two-way front zip, an adjustable, removable hood, cozy handwarmer pockets, a zippered chest pocket, and a regular, above-the-knee fit are for everyday winter wear, no matter what the forecast.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
