The upper is completely seam-sealed and is made with waterproof leather and nylon, providing a comfortable and flexible fit. The Maddox is comfort rated to -13°F (-25°C) with Pajar-Tex membrane to keep your feet snug and warm in harsh conditions. The Maddox features Pajar’s Ice Gripper sole, a patented technology with foldable cleats designed to help you walk and be surefooted in the iciest conditions.

Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
