For comfortable and distraction-free runs, the new On Lightweight Cap is sweat-wicking and highly ventilated. It has an improved fit, a classic curved brim for sun protection, perforated side panels that crank up the ventilation, and a high-performance sweatband that wicks away perspiration. A branded buckle lets you adjust the fit on the fly, and the reflective On logo keeps you visible in low-light conditions when you’re getting those last miles in when the sun goes down.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
