The On Cloudswift 4 Running Shoe is ready and willing to meet the needs of road runners who crave responsive cushioning and durability on concrete and asphalt surfaces. It has a sock-like fit made from a breathable, flat-knit engineered mesh upper that adapts to a variety of foot shapes while providing an ultra-comfortable ride. The perforated toe box enhances airflow, keeping your feet cool on long runs. The 5mm midsole drop encourages a more natural mid/forefoot strike, while the dual-density Helion™ superfoam midsole delivers soft landings and powerful push-offs. The updated CloudTec® midsole cushions hard surfaces, while the nylon-blend Speedboard® creates a responsive and energetic feel, turning each stride into an explosive burst of energy making every run feel light, bouncy, and fun!
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
