The On Cloudsurfer 2 Running Shoe delivers an effortless, cushioned experience for everyday runs. It has a new re-engineered upper with an improved breathable mesh construction for enhanced ventilation while the updated tongue construction provides a more secure and comfortable fit. The midsole uses Finite Element Analysis (FEA) to deliver a light, durable shoe with smooth transitions and a soft, springy ride. The CloudTec® Phase, Helion™ super foam cushioning, and the durable outsole with an updated tread pattern ensure long-lasting performance and stability on every run.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
