The On Cloud Play Running Shoe is designed for active 4 – 8-year-olds ready to conquer the world one playground at a time. The smaller Clouds in the outsole activate at lower weights, offering a magical sensation with every step. Enjoy cushioned stability from heel to midfoot, and the On CloudTec® activates under lighter weights and strategically placed Cloud elements for an added support layer. The wider outsole has more grooves to help them move freely, while a no-tie lacing system keeps them active and on the go.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Mostly UPS Ground. Depending on location it may also be FedEx, DHL, USPS, or other regional carriers. Most packages are delivered within 1-3 business days, and all packages have tracking.
Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
