The OHSHO Luisa Jacket combines performance with sleek, modern style. It features a hybrid design with shiny, insulated fabric filled with 120g of lightweight insulation and fleece stretch panels for added warmth and comfort. The breathable, water-repellent shell with a DWR coating offers protection in light conditions. With a flattering fit, waist pockets, a sleeve pocket, and a zip-off hood, the Luisa will take you from chilly commutes to après-ski cocktails at the mountain.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
