The O’Brien 5-Section Ski Combo Rope and Handle is the epitome of versatility. The Ultimate Rubber Grip is extremely durable, perfect for heavy usage, and is very grippy. It features a 12" Aluminum Core Frame that’s been precision extruded to make it tremendously strong and lightweight. Molded PVC End Caps on the handle are soft, flexible, lightweight, and durable. The rope is made of 12-strand, 40-filament PE rope. The rope can be rigged at variable lengths, including 43', 47', 53', 60', and 75'. (These measurements include the length of the handle). Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
