The Nathan QuickStart 3.0 4L Running Vest is for all runners and hikers who want comfort, convenience, and performance. The front straps have tiered flask pockets and drop-in pockets, as well as a zipped power mesh pocket for accessing fuel, gear, or your phone while on the run. There is an elastic pole keeper that secures trekking poles. It has a 1.5L QuickStart bladder with a push-pull bite valve, making it easier to sip on the go and 4L of total storage for room for necessities on long runs or all-day trail hikes. The Nathan QuickStart 3.0 4L Running Vest will keep you hydrated and organized mile after mile.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
