On the slopes, this jacket keeps her dry and protected thanks to the Hydro Tech with Karbonite fabric, which is 10K waterproof and seam-sealed to block out moisture and snow. If there are low temperatures in the forecast, this jacket keeps her cozy with 120g of Thermik 1 insulation in the body, 100g in the sleeves, and an alouva lined hood to ensure she stays warm. The Karbon Storm Insulated Jacket has adjustable Velcro wrists cuffs so she can easily dial in the fit, along with an attached snow skirt with a no-slip elastic to keep it in place. In terms of storage, there’s tons including zippered handwarmer pockets and an interior goggle pocket.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
