A full-featured jacket the Karbon Neutron Insulated Ski Jacket will keep you warm and dry in a wide variety of conditions. It is engineered with Hydro Tech fabric to repel moisture with a 10K waterproof rating with critically taped seams. and filled with 120g of Thermik 1 insulation for all-over warmth. It also features a powder skirt with snap closures and gripper elastic to stay in place through every twist and turn while underarm venting allows a quick cooldown when you need it. Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
