The Kamik Hannah Zip Wide Winter Boot offers comfort and protection this winter. These vegan-friendly boots have a waterproof DriDefense nylon upper to keep you dry, while the 150g of fixed foam insulation and faux fur snow collar will keep your feet warm. They have a removable foam insole with an odor-eliminating Cleansport NXT™ treatment and an INGROUND synthetic insole with a flexible tread design for excellent stability in slippery situations.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
