The Helly Hansen Whitley Helly Tech® Winter Boot is meant to keep you warm, dry, and on your feet. It has 200g of PrimaLoft® Eco insulation for unbeatable warmth, and the HH® Aqua Shield keeps out the moisture. The Whitley Boot has HH® Hover-Stride foam technology, which balances cushioning and fit, and the HH® Comfort Insole provides additional comfort for extended wear. Finally, the HH® Max-Grip outsole gives maximum grip on different surfaces and terrain.
Items must be in new condition and have the original tags attached. We recommend using a carrier that offers a tracking number, like USPS priority, or FedEx.
We will refund the purchase price of the item to the credit card originally used for the order.
For exchanges, the easiest, fastest way is to purchase the item you'd rather have and return the other item for a refund. This also ensures that we won't sell out of the item you want. You can also fill out the exchange form on your order and ship it back to be switched when we receive it.

Most orders placed before 2:00 PM EST ship same-day, Monday-Friday. Due to address or credit card inconsistencies, some orders may take longer to ship.
Ground can take up to 7 days, though they're usually faster. The closer you are to the East Coast, the faster it will get to you.
